CONTRACT METAL STAMPING SERVICES

We are ISO 9001: 2000 certified and are a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier of metal stamping to the automotive industry.  We have been providing contract metal stamping services since 1998.  ISI currently ships over 150,000 parts per month to these manufacturers, yet we do short-run metal stamping jobs as well.  In many cases we make our own tooling and provide engineering support to help our client manufacturers find the optimal way to do each metal stamping job.

ISI also runs a Kanban, or vendor-managed inventory, to help our clients reduce their costs.  Any contract metal stamping job that your company would prefer to move off site for reasons of space, capacity, capability or cost can be done by ISI at highly competitive rates.  Our company was built starting with a single small job for each client.  Then, by providing superior quality, flexibility and customer service, our clients give us multiple metal stamping jobs over the years.  ISI understands the need to be flexible to meet your changing contract metal stamping needs and we are willing to work extra shifts as needed to meet your schedule.  It is not uncommon for us to add metal stamping equipment or capability to take on additional work from our clients.
